Are you a Windows 7 user?
And want to have a backup of useful file and folders so that if you delete any of the file and folder accidentally , you can recover it back quickly through recovering your backup

Making a Backup of your files and folder is easy just follow the step given and you will b able to do so

Step 1 : Go to Start and type "Backup"



Step 2 :  A search result will come named "Backup and restore" click it



Step 3 : Now a window will open ,now click option " Set up backup "



Step 4 : (You will have to wait a moment, while Windows launches the backup tool.)
After some time it will show you the drives for the backup , Now just click refresh




Step 5 : Once the desired backup destination appears in the list, select it and click on > Next in the bottom right.




Step 6 : As you click Next , it will ask you that if you want to choose the file for backup , Now click Let me choose



Step 7 : Now tick the required file you want to back up and click Next



Step 8 : Finally you have to review your settings and schedule of you backup
( click change schedule to create a custom time for your backup)
Click > OK to confirm the schedule, then click > Save settings and run backup in the > Review your backup settings window.
This will take you back to the initial > Backup and Restore Control Panel window. The
Backup you just confirmed will start immediately, but you can stop it by clicking on > View Details.
and then > Stop Backup (twice).
and either wait for the next scheduled backup, or launch it manually by clicking the > Back up now button.
