There are many people who want to protect their folder with a password so that they can store there important things(file or folder) in it.
but problem is that they don't want to use password protected software because some software is complicated to use or some software may expire as it trial period gets over and it will ask to buy that software which is irritating n almost useless money spending..
and main & imp problem by using software is that software if we by mistakenly delete the software or uninstalled it or forgot the password we cannot get the backup of the data store in it
hence it get completely lost
but in here it is not like that

here I m going to show you how to hide a folder without using a software
we will just use a simple code of program in notepad n save it n our pass word protected folder is created
you just have to copy n save the program just as i say n you will get a password protected folder

follow the below steps..

Step 1.- Create a folder in any of your drive n give it a specific name

Step 2- In that folder create a new text file and in that text file copy the program given below

type your password in the bold place in the program above

Step 3- Now save this text file
click save as ->then select All files from the drop down menu n name the file as Locker.bat and save it

Step 4- A .bat file is created in the selected folder
NOW DOUBLE CLICK THIS Locker.bat file
after double click a folder name "Private" will get created
now store all files n data which you want to keep hidden n safe in the created "Private" folder
now again double click the locker.bat file a cmd window will appear Type Y and press enter

to view the folder again double click the locker.bat file but from this time onwards the password will b asked n you can only see the Private folder after typing correct password

NOTE - If you by mistakenly delete you locker.bat file and there is stored data in your Private folder
don't worry just go to View->options->open ->change folder and search option->view-> check "show hidden files,folders and drive" and uncheck ''hide protected operating system files(Recommended)'' and click OK
you will get your stored files and data in a folder named control panel or something else...
This information is not available to every one
so you can hide your data without any doubt ...
